When will Triarco ship my order?
Generally, orders received on a business day by 11 am (CT) will ship within 48 hours (excluding “non-stock” items).
What are business days?
Business days are Monday through Friday (Items shipped Next Day Air on Friday will be delivered on Monday; items shipped Second Day Air on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday, etc.)
Triarco’s Shipping Policies
Triarco strictly adheres to the U.S. Department of Transportation regulations regarding products classified as “hazardous materials”. In following these regulations, you may be assessed a $24.95 per carton special handling surcharge for items defined within this category. For your convenience, these products are designated in the catalog by a ♦ or D.O.T. classification next to the catalog number.
Ground Service & Priority Mail
This is your least expensive choice and the default choice on the shopping cart.
Next Day Air
Next business day after shipment, at additional cost compared to Ground. Saturday delivery may be available in some areas at extra cost. Call 1.800.328.3360 for details and pricing.
Second Day Air
Second business day after shipment, at additional cost over Ground, but less than Next Day Air.
Three Day Select
Third business day after shipment, at additional cost compared to Ground, but less than Second Day Air.
No Saturday deliveries.
Used for large shipments and special large or heavy items. Since this shipping cost varies depending upon location being shipped to, the final shipping costs cannot be calculated precisely. To obtain an estimate, please call Customer Service at 1.800.328.3360.

Ships from Factory
Ships direct from the factory, and is generally specified in the product description. (usually in 4-6 weeks).
Temporarily Out of Stock
Out of stock (you may order if you choose to wait 2 weeks or more).
For products that are custom made, including Triarco custom kits.

Shipping & Delivery
We will ship your order the most secure and economical way, unless you request a particular method of shipment. Most orders within the continental United States arrive within 3-5 business days.
Regular or Small Parcels
Most orders will be shipped using FedEx® or Priority Mail.
Your order will be shipped by truck if it exceeds the size or weight limit of regular or small parcels.
This icon indicates that additional shipping charges apply. Items with this designation require higher shipping charges than typical parcel rates due to size and special handling requirements by the shipping company. Call Triarco at 1.800.328.3360 for more information.
Filing Claims for Damaged Merchandise
We take the utmost care when packaging your shipment for delivery, unfortunately, there are occasions when merchandise is damaged during shipment.
If delivery was via truck, please contact Triarco Customer Service within 15 business days of delivery to file a freight claim with the trucking company.
If delivery was via FedEx® or Priority Mail, please contact Triarco Customer Service immediately.
IMPORTANT! In all cases, retain original carton and packing materials.
